Performance Marketing Expert

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Optimization:
Plan and execute growth-driven campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, and other relevant portals. Optimize campaigns using metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and average order value. Continuously review campaign performance and implement strategies to improve ROI.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze campaign data to identify trends and actionable insights. Generate detailed performance reports and recommend data-backed optimizations.
Creative Strategy:
Plan and test creative content and audience strategies to drive engagement and conversions. Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely implementation of campaign creatives. Develop compelling ad copy and visuals tailored to different platforms.
Testing & Continuous Improvement:
Conduct A/B tests for creatives, targeting, and messaging. Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to refine marketing strategies.
Must-Have Skills:
1.5 - 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling ad content and messaging. Proven experience in campaign optimization to enhance ROI and conversion rates. Business Development Executive
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is a key driver of growth, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence. This role combines strategic prospecting, persuasive negotiation, and market analysis to achieve revenue targets and foster long-term partnerships.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting :
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct market research to uncover untapped markets and emerging trends. Take Initiative to understand and tap untouched market/customers
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position the company’s products/services as solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Work with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales goals.
- Collaborate with product teams to relay client feedback and influence future offerings.
- Partner with account managers to ensure smooth onboarding and recurring business of clients.
- Partner with trainers/ technical to ensure smooth trainings and technical support after sales.
Sales Strategy & Reporting:
- Develop and execute territory-specific business plans.
- Track performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline value) using CRM tools
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
Market Expansion:
- Explore partnerships, alliances, or cross-selling opportunities to diversify revenue streams.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Monthly/quarterly revenue generated from new clients.
- Number of qualified leads added to the pipeline.
- Lead-to-customer conversion rate.
- Client retention and satisfaction scores.

Amazon Growth Manager
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
At Blix, we design learning experiences disguised as play — toys and kits that make kids curious, creative, and confident. Now, we’re ready to take that playfulness global! We’re looking for an Amazon Growth Manager who can help us scale our presence on Amazon — starting with India and expanding to the US market. You’ll be the person turning clicks into customers, data into insights, and campaigns into results.
What You’ll DoOwn and drive sales performance across Amazon India and Amazon US. Craft and execute growth strategies — listings, ads, deals, SEO, and everything in between. Analyze data to find what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next. Manage our relationship with Amazon teams and partners to get the most out of the platform. Collaborate with our design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure our brand voice shines through every listing.
What We’re Looking For2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon marketplaces (India essential, US preferred). A knack for data-driven decision-making and love for dashboards, keywords, and conversion rates. A good mix of strategy + execution — you can think big and also get things done. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams. Bonus if you’ve handled D2C brands or consumer products before!
